I will guide you with gentle visualisations and imagery into a place of relaxation, this will slowly allow your mind and body to relax, letting go of the stresses and strains of the mind and body. For those that find it difficult to visualise other techniques may be utilised such as Reiki This type of relaxation is extremely soothing and also gives you the added bonus of being pampered.
Calming and peaceful music will be played during the sessions, and I will let you know when the session is complete by gently bringing you back from a deeply relaxed state.
